Job Description: 

We are looking for a strong customer service orientated assistant to help with day-to-day operations in our Tri-Cities showroom.

Job duties to include:

  • Greet customers and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Help customers with will call pickups, lifting and moving heavy product may be required.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Maintain showroom, sales office areas, and restrooms, ensuring they are clean and organized.
  • Keep samples / brochures stocked and up to date using our POS system to order.
  • Assist sales staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Self – Starter with the able to work individually and as a team member.
  • Desire to learn with ability to seek out answers on your own.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Customer service experience, sales experience, and/or experience in the construction trades.
  • Cabinet design or installation experience is a plus.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed
  • Pay: $16.28 – $18.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
