From Ornate to Open Concept

From Drawing to Completion

This project was a full kitchen remodel in a very large, 16,000 square foot living space.

The existing kitchen was a 17-year-old ornate kitchen (see before pictures in the gallery below), and the homeowners wanted to change to something completely different; they just weren’t quite sure what they were looking for.

Some of the required elements included: open concept, two bench seat areas, raised eating bar, three islands, double wall ovens and pantry area.

The designer added some custom details that enhanced the space, such as: getting a piece of brushed aluminum trim to match the Luna doors, and placing it above the fridge/freezer column in order to make the stainless steel and aluminum finish unbroken from bottom to top.
