We are a self-insured company that offers a PPO plan with a national network of providers that insure domiciled coverage is consistent throughout the contiguous United States. Enrollment eligibility is 6 months / 180 days with the company contributing 75% of the employee only coverage.

We offer a voluntary dental plan that is a stand alone option, independent of the medical plan.

Currently we offer a number of investment options through John Hancock USA with eligibility after 12 months of continuous employment with an annual discretionary company contribution.
